Some insurance companies provide clients with out of network benefits which may include mental health therapy. If so, you can provide your insurance company with a superbill (kind of like a fancy receipt) that I would email you. You would pay me the full self-pay rate of $140, but then your insurance company would reimburse you a percentage of money directly.

To become a Certified EMDR therapist, a practitioner has completed the 40 hour EMDRIA basic training, and has continued their pursuit of knowledge by completing at least 50 sessions of EMDR therapy with at least 25 clients. Certification also requires completion of at lest 20 hours of clinical supervision along the way, an extra 12 hours of EMDRIA approved EMDR training, and an application to EMDRIA which includes letters of recommendation.
Frequently Asked Questions
A Little About Me
I’m a neurodivergent therapist, wife, mom, & friend. When I’m not in the office, you can find me chasing toddlers, re-painting a room, walking at the riverwalk with my family, or covered in glitter & glue from doing a new craft. I’m grateful I have the honor of hearing peoples’ stories and witness their healing.
